NMS operate a fleet of Wirtgen road planers consisting of three 2-metre machines capable of cutting depths up to 320mm and two 1-metre machines capable of cutting depths up to 315mm.

The planing services we provide include full depth pavement removal, precise tolerance re-profiling and inlay cuts, junction tie-ins, widening and improvements, basically whatever your planing requirements we have the machine and highly skilled operatives to deliver them.

WIRTGEN - W1000

This powerful cold milling machine is capable of milling complete layers of bituminous/concrete materials. The W1000FK machine is equipped with crawler tracks.

WIRTGEN - W2000

WIRTGEN - W2100

High-performance cold milling machine mounted on crawler tracks for removing large areas of paving on carriageways and runways over their full depth. The RAP is loaded via a two-part front loading conveyor system.

WIRTGEN - 2100 DC

The 2100 DC is designed for high production outputs. It is a high horsepower, direct drive, front-loading half-lane milling machine. The large 1 m wide dual conveyor system provides quick uptime and high outputs. The 2100 DC has been designed to cut against a wall on the right hand side. This makes work easy next to concrete barriers, bridge rails, retaining walls, kerbs and other obstacles.
