Construction of new roads and sewers to a new housing development for Pringle Homes.
Works consisted of installing deep foul and surface water drainage, new access chambers with hydrobrake flow control and construction of stormwater attenuation tank 48m x 10m x 1.2m, excavation to 3m deep in hard rock. Installation of kerbs and construct new carriageway.
