NMS Civil Engineering Ltd. is one of the premier forces in the North West highway network reconstruction and public realm works covering a wide range of capital and maintenance projects.

We undertake civil engineering work both as subcontractor and principal contractor including work for several local authorities including Shropshire, Lancashire, Manchester, Halton and Rochdale.

NMS also carry out capital schemes for private developers such as Goodmans and Peel Developments, as well as ground works on numerous MOD sites.

As a result of this experience the Company has developed a Management Structure that is highly motivated, experienced and flexible, and capable of reacting to change and additional works immediately. Due to our innovative and free thinking approach we have undertaken and managed many technically challenging projects being involved from conception to completion in many cases and can provide a cost effective solution to both large and small Civils works.

Specialist subcontractors from our approved select list are used for trades outside our means. Our subcontractors and suppliers operate 3rd party accredited QMS and are also registered under industry sector schemes. We are confident in our ability to perform on programme and within realistic budgets with cost certainty built in.
